Hutong

Seabird

Sketch

@globalnewyorker's top pick for London. Sketch is the ultimate experience with a gorgeous plush pink Wes Anderson-esk brunch spot, a forest-like side eatery, an interesting front bar area which gets rowdy at night, and best of all - the unbelievably wondrous bathroom design.

Greenberry Cafe

Amazing little eatery perfect for brunch a off the main touristic passages. Enjoy it on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and take in the Primrose Hill area as a new discovery of London.

Night out

Mahiki

Maddox Club

Cirque le Soir

Mahiki

Another Mayfair classic with creative cocktails and good conversations. African-styled spot is celeb sightings central, but feels oddly casual with a decent dance floor and loads of Top 40 tunes mixed in with good house music. Enjoy the fun and order a passion fruit Bellini.

Rooftops

Duck & Waffle

Duck & Waffle

@globalnewyorker's absolute favorite place in London. A classic for late-night eating, this incredible rooftop restaurant looking over the whole city is open 24/7 and serves incredible dishes with cocktails to pair (if you arrive before they stop serving alcohol each night). Waits for a table can be as long as an hour and restaurant is busy around the clock - so know what you're in for - but all is definitely worth the wait. Order DUCK & WAFFLE from their menu. Hands down the best dish.

Goodwood Revival

Goodwood Revival

Once every year, just a couple hours outside London happens an event so fabulous, it's worth making a trip to the UK just to see! Goodwood Revival is an iconic 3-day mega 50s/60s tribute with an airshow, multiple vintage car races & shows, fashion show, and so much more. From period-specific style to the performers - it is a sight for sore eyes! Highly recommend attending this top world event at least once in your life (if not come back year after year)!
