Maison Passerelle is a fine dining restaurant inside Printemps New York at One Wall Street, led by James Beard Award–winning chef Gregory Gourdet. Blending classic French technique with global influences from the French diaspora, the menu reinterprets French cuisine through Haitian, West African, and Southeast Asian flavors. Designed by Laura Gonzalez, the space combines Parisian elegance with bold artistry, offering a refined yet culturally rich dining experience.
