Ribalta
Restaurant

Ribalta is where true Neapolitan spirit meets New York energy—an authentic slice of Italy in the heart of the city. Beloved by locals, expats, and football fans alike, it’s more than a pizzeria; it’s a cultural hub where the dough is slow-fermented, the tomatoes are straight from San Marzano, and the vibe is unmistakably warm and loud in the best way. Reviewed by @globalnewyorker, this guide explores Ribalta through the lens of a city insider who knows exactly where to find the perfect bite—and the perfect espresso to follow.
